The cost is on a daily basis and includes the room, breakfast, towels
and bedlinen. Towels will be changed every three days and bedlinen every
week. Rooms will be cleaned every three days, common areas every day.
15% discount staying 15 days or more.
| Bookings and payment |

| Bookings can be made via
email (or phone) writing the time of the year you are interested to and
the type of room ( en-suite bathroom or shared bathroom). Booking will be
considered valid receiving a deposit of 30% of total amount. Wait for
confirmation of the actual availability of the room before paying. A fee of
1/3 of the deposit will be charged for cancellations received in writing
within 15 days prior to the beginning of the stay. From the fourteenth
day onward cancellation will mean the loss of the entire deposit. The
balance is due within the day of arrival.
